Last Updated: April 30, 2026
Celebrity Autobiography LLC (“Celebrity Autobiography“, “we“, “us“, or the “Company“) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the personal information we collect from visitors to celebrityautobiography.com and any related landing pages we operate (collectively, the “Site“). Your use of the Site is also governed by our Terms of Use, where applicable.
Ticket purchases are processed by a third-party ticketing partner. The privacy policy of that partner will apply to your transaction and will be presented at checkout.
1. Contacting Us
If you have any questions, concerns, or complaints about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, or if you wish to exercise any of the rights described below, please contact us at privacy@celebrityautobiography.com.
2. Your Consent
By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
3. Information We Collect
“Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual. We collect the following categories of Personal Information:
- Information you provide. If you sign up for our newsletter, you provide us with your email address. If you contact us by email, we collect your email address and the contents of your message.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our analytics provider may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring/exit pages, the pages you view, and timestamps. This information is used to understand how visitors interact with the Site and to improve it. We do not link this information to your name or other directly identifying details.
- Cookies and similar technologies. The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to recognize your browser, remember preferences, and gather analytics. See Section 7 below.
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the Personal Information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide and improve the Site and its content.
- To send you newsletters, show announcements, and other promotional materials, only if you have signed up to receive them.
- To respond to your inquiries.
- To analyze how the Site is used so we can improve performance and user experience.
- To comply with applicable laws, respond to legal process, and protect our legal rights.
5. How We Share Your Information
We share your Personal Information only as described below. We do not sell your Personal Information for monetary consideration.
- Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, including:
- Campaign Monitor — our newsletter delivery provider. When you sign up for our newsletter, your email address is stored with Campaign Monitor for the sole purpose of sending you the newsletter and any unsubscribe management. See Campaign Monitor’s privacy policy at campaignmonitor.com/policies.
- Segment — our analytics platform. Segment helps us understand site usage. See segment.com/legal/privacy. EU visitors are presented with a consent modal before any analytics are loaded; you may decline at any time.
- Ticketing partner. Our “Tickets” links direct you to a third-party ticketing partner. Once you click through, that partner’s privacy practices govern your transaction.
- Legal disclosures. We may disclose your Personal Information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary (i) to comply with applicable law or legal process, (ii) to protect our rights or property, (iii) to investigate suspected fraud or violations, or (iv) in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including our ticketing partner and our social media profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of each website you visit.
7. Cookies and Tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; consult your browser’s help documentation for instructions on blocking or removing cookies.
Do Not Track signals. Because there is no industry standard for how websites should respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals, the Site does not currently respond to DNT browser signals. However, for residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Montana, Oregon, and certain other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, we honor opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information.
8. Your Choices
- Newsletter. Every newsletter we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at privacy@celebrityautobiography.com to be removed from our list.
- Analytics consent. If you are visiting the Site from the EU, you will see a consent modal allowing you to accept or decline analytics tracking. You can update your choice at any time by clearing your tracking-preferences cookie or contacting us.
- Cookies. See Section 7.
9. Notice to California Residents
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA“), gives California residents specific rights regarding their Personal Information. Subject to certain exceptions, you have the right to:
- Know what categories of Personal Information we have collected, the categories of sources, and our purposes for collecting it.
- Access a copy of the specific pieces of Personal Information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate Personal Information.
- Delete Personal Information we have collected, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising. As noted above, we do not sell Personal Information for monetary consideration.
- Limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive Personal Information.
- Non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, please email us at privacy@celebrityautobiography.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request, or notify you within that period if we need additional time (up to 45 more days). To verify your identity, we may ask you to provide additional information that we can match against information we already hold.
You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require proof of the agent’s authorization and may also ask you to verify your identity directly.
10. Notice to Residents of Other U.S. States
If you are a resident of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, or any other U.S. state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you may have the rights described in Section 9 (the right to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing), to the extent provided under the law of your state. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@celebrityautobiography.com.
If we decline to act on your request, we will explain why and provide instructions for appealing the decision. We will respond to appeals within the timeframes required by your state’s privacy law.
11. International Visitors
The Site is operated from the United States. If you visit the Site from outside the United States, your Personal Information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from the laws of your country. By using the Site, you consent to that transfer.
12. Data Retention
We retain your Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
13. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your Personal Information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new “Last Updated” date at the top and will be posted at this URL. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
